AlphaVI Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our business, ensuring seamless operations across office management, equipment maintenance, stock control, and general administrative workflows. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, optimising resource allocation, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem-solver with strong management skills, a keen eye for details, and a willingness to be hands-on in resolving issues.


Key Responsibilities
1. Office Management
Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, supply procurement, and vendor coordination (e.g., cleaning, IT services, Pantry, Physical Trainers).
Ensure a safe, functional and professional work environment for all staff.


2. Equipment & Inventory Management
Maintain and track all company equipment (e.g. Health Equipment, office furnishings, IT equipment), ensuring timely repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
Implement an asset register to monitor equipment lifecycle & replacement.
Coordinate with IT and technical teams to resolve equipment-related issues.


3. Stock Management
Oversee inventory control for supplements and packaging supplies.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
Optimise procurement processes to minimise waste and ensure timely replenishment.
Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouses to streamline inbound/outbound shipments.


4. Operational Efficiency
Develop and implement standardised operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks in operational processes and propose cost-effective solutions.

Develop IT-based cost-effective solutions with Vendors.
Support cross-departmental coordination (e.g., R&D, Sales, Production) to align operational activities with business goals.


5. Operational Compliance & Reporting
Ensure operational compliance with health and safety regulations, corporate policies, and local laws.
Prepare monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics (e.g., stock turnover, equipment downtime).


6. Oversees customer service operations
Ensure the office maintains a high level of cleanliness and is in a presentable state at all times
Ensure customers feel welcomed by the team and the environment
Ensure that there is high Customer retention


7. Retail operations capabilities
Manpower planning to ensure the Office and Centre operations are fully manned and efficient
Streamline services and room booking systems

8. Ad-Hoc Duties
Manage company events, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as required.
Act as the primary point of contact for operational emergencies or urgent issues.
