As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business, building a strong understanding of client businesses, and selling LeadManager to key decision-makers in the construction sector. This is a pure business development role, individual contributor sales role for Singapore or Hong Kong, with Account Managers handling post-sale client success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.

Qualify Opportunities – Understand client challenges and present tailored LeadManager solutions to senior decision-makers.

Consultative Selling – Deliver compelling product demonstrations and craft bespoke proposals aligned to client needs.

Close Deals – Manage a high-performance sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.

Market Expansion – Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities across Southeast Asia.

What You Bring to the Table

Sales & Industry Expertise

• B2B Sales Experience (3-5 years) in SaaS, technology, consulting, or solution sales.

• Proven success in high-value, target driven consultative sales environment.

• Ability to engage with C-suite executives & senior decision-makers confidently.

• Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.

Proven Track Record of Exceeding Sales Targets

• A consistent top performer with a history of overachieving revenue and sales quotas.

• Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth through high sales activity levels

and strategic sales execution.

Track Record of Closing Deals Efficiently

• Expertise in handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals quickly.

• Experience in sales environments with multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

Market & Regional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Southeast Asia’s business culture.

• Cross-border sales experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand is a benefit but not a requirement.

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese,) are a plus.

Sales Authority & Negotiation Skills

• Ability to challenge the status quo, influence stakeholders, and drive change.

• Experience in managing high-pressure sales negotiations.

Technology & Data-Driven Selling

• Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.

• Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling).

• A data-driven approach to managing pipeline, conversion rates, and client engagement.
