Job Description

  • Responsible for ALL M&E Construction Activites on Site reporting to Project Manager .
  • Manage construction activities and progress independently.
  • Able to understand M&E drawings, specifications and requirements.
  • Attend project kick off meeting, project team meeting, etc and updates on progress.
  • Monitor all site staff, workers and subcontractor performance.
  • Control materials, tools and equipment ordered and delivered.
  • Ensure all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress.
  • Manage all project schedules.
  • Prepare and routinely upkeep Project Construction Plan, site access plan, hoisting plan, temporary utilities plan, temporary office, holding areas, etc.
  • Ensure adequate quality control measures either via on-site/off-site inspection and all completion/pre-handover inspections.
  • Check that approved /correct materials are used within specifications/certifications submitted, recorded and approved.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience in LTA Infrastructure Projects for M&E Systems.
  • Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.
