Job Description

  • Review, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage contract performance and resolve disputes
  • Ensures all internal and stakeholders are briefed on new contract requirements
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients
  • Preparation for weekly management meeting and customer review meeting
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and profitability
  • Monitoring of Customer Compliments and Complaints and Service Level Agreements
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Business
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Must possess Class 3 Driving License

Working Location & Hours

  • Office Hours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (Hybrid Environment)
  • Location - Airline House
