Job Description
- Spearhead the country monthly business review (MBR) process with top management. This involves curating a data-driven narrative that showcases the sales organization's performance against strategic goals, identifies key trends and opportunities, and aligns with the broader company vision.
- Thought leader/partner to support head of departments and lead strategic projects within country as and when needed. This includes conducting market analysis, identifying key growth areas, reviewing sales organisation structures and focus.
- Own and optimize sales funnel and processes. In particular, this requires close tracking of lead generation and assignment metrics, and periodically reviewing processes both internally and also with functions such as marketing and acquisition sales teams
- Translate complex sales data into actionable insights. Leverage analytical expertise to translate complex sales data into clear concise, impactful recommendations and presentations for management, to ensure decision making is grounded in robust data analysis. Track metrics to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities for growth.
- Provide leadership to team including business analysts, sales operations and lead generation/assignment executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or strategic roles
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
