
Engineer (Site)
RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :
Support Construction Manager in planning of site construction works for facilities building.
· Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
· Coordinate with various government/utility agency for initial site clearance.
. Coordinate with QP(S) including submission of necessary documents
· Work with team of engineers and supervisors to execute daily site works for launch shaft and electrical subsatation works including ERSS works, deep excavation, strutting works, RC works, utility diversions and reinstatement works.
· Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.
· Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress at site.
· Continuously ensure adherence to planned timelines.
· Maintain and monitor quality controls.
· Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.
· Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
· Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
· Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
. Other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and/or related studies
. At least 5 years experience in underground tunnelling project
. Possess knowledge in ERSS and related construction works.
. Able to work shift and weekends where required.
