Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 20+ years in QA, test automation, and delivery leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in tools: Selenium, HP UFT, Appium, SOAP UI, Jenkins, Jira, TestNG, DB2, Teradata, SQL Developer.
  • Extensive experience in Agile testing, in-sprint automation, and DevOps-based environments.
  • Proven track record delivering solutions for Citi Bank, Metro Bank, RAK Bank, and other global financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial services domains, including core banking, fund transfers, and payments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferably Electrical & Electronics).
  • Certifications in testing tools or Agile/DevOps frameworks are a plus.
