- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement & Solution Design
- Analyze business processes and recommend enhancements.
- Develop business cases and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design technical solutions.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and other departments.
- Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to discuss findings.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Data Analysis & Reporting

- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance.

- Support implementation and post-go-live analysis.

Experience of 2-4 years in relevant field
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience in business process modeling (BPM)
Familiarity with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Jira
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
