They are looking for a Head of Delivery for its APAC business. This leadership role oversees the full lifecycle of solution delivery across the regionfrom planning and execution to optimization , ensuring client satisfaction, risk mitigation, and commercial success.
Compensation Range: SGD$200,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Delivery & Execution
- Own delivery performance across the region, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timelines.
- Optimize team utilization (man-days) to maximize revenue potential.
- Track project progress with internal tools; identify gaps and implement solutions.
Strategy & Governance
- Tailor and implement the global delivery strategy for APAC.
- Lead regional project governance, quality control, and risk mitigation.
- Manage change requests to unlock upsell opportunities.
Client Management
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients across Asia-Pacific.
- Serve as the escalation point for delivery-related issues.
- Organize and lead steering committees and governance reviews.
Team & Resourcing
- Lead a cross-functional team: PMO, subject matter experts, engineers, analysts, testers.
- Drive resource planning aligned with forecasted project pipelines.
- Manage external vendors and outsourcing partnerships where needed.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with presales and sales teams to support pitches and solutioning.
- Collaborate with finance and account teams on client engagement and overdue collections.
People Leadership
- Recruit, coach, and mentor regional delivery staff.
- Set and monitor KPIs for team and individual performance.
- Oversee career progression, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 12–15+ years in delivery leadership roles, ideally in the payments or fintech space.
- Tech-savvy payments professional with a deep understanding of payments solutions and expertise in software development environments / life cycles and frameworks
- Hands-on experience managing delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Familiar with modern software deployment processes and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, etc.).
- Proficient in project and resource planning tools (e.g., Project Online).
- Experience managing cross-border delivery teams and collaborating with HQ functions.
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management skills.
- experience with project tracking tools and time sheet monitoring through POL etc.
- experience in managing and guiding diverse teams with different functions and responsibilities and across different geographies
