KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and cultivate potential client relationships through strategic lead generation, targeted outreach, and industry networking events
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase our competitive advantages in recruitment outsourcing solutions
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential projects while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Negotiate win-win contracts that create value for both clients and our organization
- Represent our company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads
Client & Account Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers within client organizations
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for service expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences throughout the relationship lifecycle
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports to identify growth opportunities
- Resolve client feedback or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Recruitment Process Support
- Work closely with our recruitment specialists to ensure successful project delivery that meets client expectations.
- Provide practical support to recruitment teams by participating in candidate sourcing and screening activities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the skills and qualifications required for various roles to better align with client needs.
- Liaise with subcontractors for ad-hoc and short-term project requirements when needed
- Maintain up-to-date databases of clients and candidates in our CRM system
- Support compliance with Singapore employment regulations in all recruitment activities
- Provide practical support by participating in candidate sourcing and screening activities
