What You’ll Do:

  • Drive SMB revenue across new logo acquisition and expansion of current accounts
  • Lead and inspire a team of sharp BDMs and SDRs
  • Personally close key deals and show the team how it’s done
  • Build smart, scalable sales funnels and fine-tune the process
  • Grow strategic partnerships with POS vendors and resellers
  • Shape and execute market-entry strategies to strengthen brand footprint

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of sales and business development experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and smash targets
  • Exposure to SMB clients in F&B, retail, or related industries
  • A confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings
  • Someone who understands the local market, isn’t afraid to get hands-on, and knows how to grow a commercial function from the ground up
