The Opportunity:
This is a leadership role where you’ll own the full revenue cycle—from building a winning sales team to driving strategic GTM plays and growing partner networks. Think of it as part player-coach, part strategist, and full-on growth leader.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive SMB revenue across new logo acquisition and expansion of current accounts
- Lead and inspire a team of sharp BDMs and SDRs
- Personally close key deals and show the team how it’s done
- Build smart, scalable sales funnels and fine-tune the process
- Grow strategic partnerships with POS vendors and resellers
- Shape and execute market-entry strategies to strengthen brand footprint
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of sales and business development experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and smash targets
- Exposure to SMB clients in F&B, retail, or related industries
- A confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings
- Someone who understands the local market, isn’t afraid to get hands-on, and knows how to grow a commercial function from the ground up
