Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the support team and ensure timely issue resolution

  • Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP support experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
