Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage group financial consolidations, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies.
- Consolidate financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows across the organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly management reporting and in-depth financial analysis.
- Lead and oversee group and company audits, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
- Assist with IPO-related financial matters as needed.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Take on ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in group consolidated accounting, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial compliance standards.
- Experience handling financial operations across multiple entities.
