Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
-Gather and document business requirements by interviewing stakeholders, performing data analysis, and researching industry best practices.
-Translate business requirements into technical specifications that development teams can use to build software solutions.
-Translate business requirements into User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure that the end product meets the business requirements and getting signoffs.
-Work closely with (internal and external) developers and project managers to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.
-Assist in liaising with (internal and external) to resolve or address any project or post project issues
-Act as the quality assurance testers to ensure that the end product meets the business requirements.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and workflows.
-Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of software development projects.
-Provide subject matter expertise to support decision-making and problem-solving related to software development projects.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success.
-Any other duties and products as and when assigned by immediate superior.
