Telesales General Insurance (GI) Specialist

Responsibilities

Call prospects from provided leads, introducing our product offerings.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively following up on leads, engaging in productive conversations, and nurturing relationships.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

Requirement

Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
Strong persuasive selling skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively and close deals.
Self-motivated and Results-oriented mindset, driven by a desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of the company.

Salary: $3100 - $3200
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm) - shift based.
Location: East
