This is a senior leadership position within Fab Operations, responsible for overseeing either 200mm or 300mm lithography manufacturing. The role involves managing end-to-end fab operations, leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals in terms of quality, delivery, cost, and safety. This individual will also be instrumental in shaping strategic direction and developing future leadership within the Fab.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Fab operational resources, ensuring optimal manpower planning and talent acquisition to meet production needsDefine strategic goals, track performance metrics, and communicate Fab direction effectively across all levelsDrive productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements through structured initiativesOversee module maintenance systems and ensure robust process controlEnsure timely product delivery that meets customer expectationsManage cycle time, WIP, and inventory to support cost and efficiency targetsReduce manufacturing costs through operational excellence and innovationBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and subcontractorsDevelop and manage annual capital and expense budgets aligned with business objectivesLead succession planning for critical roles within the FabEnsure consistent performance across engineering modulesPlan and implement employee development programs, including training and career progressionPromote knowledge-sharing and benchmarking across departments and fabsFoster collaboration and strong working relationships across teamsEnforce compliance with SOPs to maintain discipline and process integrityExplore new business opportunities to ensure operational sustainabilityEnsure full compliance with EHSS standards to maintain a safe and secure work environmentIdeal Candidate ProfileProven leadership experience in semiconductor fab operations, preferably within lithographyHands-on experience managing either 200mm or 300mm wafer fabrication processesStrong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with demonstrated success in managing budgets and cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to align operational teams with company objectivesExperience in developing and mentoring managers and future leadersA data-driven mindset with a track record of driving process improvement and cost reduction initiativesFamiliarity with EHSS compliance requirements within manufacturing environmentsIf you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please forward a copy of your full CV to [email protected]Data provided is for recruitment purposes only.
