Electro Optic Systems Pty Ltd (EOS) is an Australian company in the business of defence, space and communications. The Singapore subsidiary, EOS Defence Systems Pte Ltd, has a Remote-Control System (RCS) Centre based in Singapore to handle the regional MRO spare parts after-sales, depot servicing and technical field services.

The role of the Purchasing Executive is to purchase products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Manager, SCM (Singapore), you will have the following key responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

· Manage the processing of Requests to Purchase (RTP).

· Source and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to existing or prospective vendors or suppliers.

· Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements.

· Evaluate prices and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.

· Monitor orders and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and adjustments.

· Oversee the quality of goods received and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to address quality issues.

· Input purchase order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices, lead times) into internal databases.

· Keep records updated for purchased products, delivery statuses, and invoices.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager, SCM.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related discipline with at least 1-2 years of related working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
