Key Responsibilities:

1. Compensation Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct salary surveys, analyze market trends, and recommend adjustments to compensation structures.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and provide guidance on pay increases, promotions, and bonuses.

2. Payroll Management

  • To provide payroll administration services for the organization covering monthly payrolls, resignees, tax clearance, annual tax submission, e-claims, monthly closing and other payroll related activities, keeping in line with current relevant regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  2. 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  3. Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and employment laws.
  4. Experience with compensation analysis, salary surveys, job evaluation systems, and market benchmarking.
  5. Experience in payroll shared services and familiarity with Paymaster and Employee Central Payroll(ECP) system will be advantageous.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
