Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Conduct salary surveys, analyze market trends, and recommend adjustments to compensation structures.
- Conduct compensation analysis and provide guidance on pay increases, promotions, and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
- Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.

2. Payroll Management
- To provide payroll administration services for the organization covering monthly payrolls, resignees, tax clearance, annual tax submission, e-claims, monthly closing and other payroll related activities, keeping in line with current relevant regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and employment laws.
- Experience with compensation analysis, salary surveys, job evaluation systems, and market benchmarking.
- Experience in payroll shared services and familiarity with Paymaster and Employee Central Payroll(ECP) system will be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
