Engagement manager

12+ years of overall experience and comes with managing large team

Co-ordinate delivery of services ensuring they are delivered in line with contractual obligations and Service Levels via appropriately skilled and managed staff.

Manage finance in accordance with Company and client financial policies where applicable.

Working closely with Practices, Staffing, Operations and 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure the timely fulfillment of project resource requirements

Ensure senior stakeholder requirements & perceptions are successfully managed and escalation is appropriate and timely.

To develop and manage relationships with Customer, act as a single point of contact for the organisation and identify and develop potential opportunities or business development.

Ensure Service Overview Documents are complete, accurately reflect Organisation's responsibilities and protect goodwill. Manage risk appropriately.

Need to be well versed on emerging technologies and on emerging Banking practices

Experience Required

Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to meet client objectives

Experience in understanding of technology nuisances covering Java Full Stack, Selenium, Hadoop and Finacle

Understanding of Agile & Scrum Methodologies

Good experience and exposure on proposals and RFP

Be able to manage conflicting demands

Excellent communicator and stakeholder management

Lead in alerting, reporting and monitoring of live service

Report against SLA and KPI's, produce management information with detailed analysis

Outcome oriented

Lead and assist with continuous service delivery improvement initiatives

Is confident working in an Agile environment

A commercial focus, with a good understanding of solution and service deals

Sound domain knowledge and experience in either banking, finance or insurance area.

Ambition to exceed targets and expectations

Requirements:

- Knowledge of JAVA will be added advantage

- Should have worked in Agile Scrum team

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with discipline.
