Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, preferably within the Southeast Asia market.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and requirement elicitation techniques.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with IT systems and applications.
