The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance business processes and deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed business analysis documentation including business cases, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, preferably within the Southeast Asia market.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and requirement elicitation techniques.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with IT systems and applications.
