Key Requirements:
- Experience in well-established organizations supporting over 200 users is essential.
- Degree in IT or related field with Cisco Associate certification (CCNA) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of level 2 technical IT support experience in MNCs or large SMEs.
- Proven strong experience in network and server
- Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud, Windows Server (2016/2022), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Bonus points for skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, Intune, SharePoint, and Firewall setup.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT Administrators and contractors to provide high-quality IT solutions and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving PCs, laptops, servers, security, and networks.
- Act as a trusted advisor and ensure exceptional service for a diverse user basefrom operators to executives.
- Participate in regional IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud server implementations, and more.
- Innovate and enhance local IT systems and processes while ensuring adherence to IT policies.
- Represent IT in meetings, manage end-to-end project execution, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Be flexible to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours.
