  • Process Optimization:Analyze and improve sales and marketing processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Sales & Resource Management:Track sales performance, maintain showroom standards, and support daily operations.
  • CRM & Marketing Operations:Support CRM teams, manage marketing materials, and help drive customer engagement.
  • Reporting & Analytics:Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and present sales performance to senior management.
  • Vendor Management:Manage external relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Budget & Cost Management:Monitor campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI optimization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations analysis (automotive industry is a MUST).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
