Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Support:Assist in executing strategies to boost sales volume, market share, and brand presence. Coordinate events, roadshows, product launches, and more, ensuring smooth operations.
- Process Optimization:Analyze and improve sales and marketing processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Sales & Resource Management:Track sales performance, maintain showroom standards, and support daily operations.
- CRM & Marketing Operations:Support CRM teams, manage marketing materials, and help drive customer engagement.
- Reporting & Analytics:Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and present sales performance to senior management.
- Vendor Management:Manage external relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Budget & Cost Management:Monitor campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI optimization.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations analysis (automotive industry is a MUST).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
