An Asian conglomerate with close to $1B annual revenue is currently looking for a Finance & HR Manager to join their team.
The Finance & HR Manager will be responsible to oversee the company's financial and HR operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role will manage financial statement, financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring timely month-end closings and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
The Finance and Human Resource Manager will also monitor cash flow, maintain fixed assets, and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretaries to support the company's financial health. On the HR front, they will develop and implement policies covering recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management. They will oversee payroll processing, employee relations, and training initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, ACCA is a plus
- 7 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency with Financial Reporting Standards and other statutory requirements
- Strong knowledge with MOM regulations and HR best practices
- Experience with liaising with internal stakeholders, such as management and staff
