We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead a team of five specialists within the Private Wealth Management IT domain. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions across multiple streams while ensuring the highest quality standards, best practices, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and manage a team of five specialists within the stream.
  • Support team members skills development and foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and stakeholder discussions to track project progress and address challenges.
  • Project Management & Execution
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions within the Private Wealth Management IT domain.
  • Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-schedule, high-quality deliverables.
  • Organize workshops to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive business alignment.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of training and rollout processes for business changes.
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders on project management and governance topics.
  • Strategic & Financial Responsibilities
  • Provide budget execution oversight and accurate forecasting within the functional area.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Role Requirements:

  • Industry & Technical Expertise
  • Proven experience in the Private Wealth Management domain.
  • Strong understanding of Temenos banking products (preferred).
  • Background in banking or financial services is a strong plus.
  • Project Management Proficiency
  • Expertise in Project Management with hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall).
  • Ability to drive projects successfully while balancing competing priorities.
  • Leadership & Communication
  • Minimum 35 years of experience leading an IT team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex challenges effectively.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive leader with deep expertise in Private Wealth Management IT, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
