Functional / Technical Role
- Lead and manage a team of five specialists within the Private Wealth Management IT stream.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions across multiple streams.
- Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and progress.
- Organize workshops to gather business requirements and present solutions.
- Coordinate training and rollout of changes to business users.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders on project management and governance topics.
Skills & Requirements
Technical and Functional
- Domain Expertise:
- Strong experience in Private Wealth Management.
- Knowledge of Temenos banking products (preferred).
- Banking background is a strong plus.
- Project Management & Agile Methodologies:
- Expert in Project Management with hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodology.
- Strong ability to manage budgets, execution, and forecasting within the functional area.
- Proficiency in project tracking and planning tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Minimum 35 years of experience leading an IT team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive effective decision-making.
Personal & Social Skills
- Strong work ethics and ability to work independently.
