What You Will Do
- Lead and execute facilities and building management improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage the facilities management partner responsible for the maintenance of the Engine MRO Centre.
- Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with the company's contractor management policies and business practices.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local legislation, industry standards, and regulations related to building maintenance and management in Singapore.
- Attend required Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) training sessions, adhere to EH&S protocols, and spearhead at least one EH&S initiative.
- Monitor and analyze environmental data, identifying trends and driving improvement initiatives.
- Provide support for alternate site operations, including engine stand repairs and effluent plant maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities and vendor management.
- Proven project management experience in building management systems, equipment installations, and facilities upgrades.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team, even under tight project timelines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in facilities management within the Manufacturing or Aerospace MRO sectors is highly preferred.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Energy Conservation Act and Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for water-cooled chilled water systems is a plus.
