
Senior Business Process Re-engineering Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst with a strong background in transformation and risk management to lead our business process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will take ownership of activities, ensuring a proactive approach to continuous improvement and transformation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with diverse teams, demonstrate a change mindset, and leverage your transformation experience to drive process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business process transformation by designing standardized to-be process solutions and integrating risk controls.
Develop and execute BPM & CI strategies to optimize processes, systems, and procedures in line with business objectives.
Conduct risk assessments, define key control points, and align process frameworks with stakeholders.
Drive digital transformation, automation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Lead process workstreams in transformation programs, integrating process, technology, data, governance, and policy.
Build and prioritize business cases for improvement initiatives to ensure value realization.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across locations, product groups, and service lines to drive alignment.
Ensure consistency in process approach across regions and products.
Support implementation of process changes and develop training, workshop, and knowledge-sharing materials.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in supporting business process improvement and leading cross-functional teams or similar (at department/ function level).
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with a strong track record in driving Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and transformation initiatives.
Analytical thinking to identify business risks and improvement mindset for coming up with long term solutions.
Proficiency in risk assessment, control frameworks, and process optimization.
Ability to manage and coordinate several business teams of diverse background and location simultaneously.
Experience working in an agile work environment.
A demonstrated commitment to a continuous improvement and change mindset.
