Roles & Responsibilities
Our Client is a well know luxury brand known for its exclusive handcrafted trunks, handbags, and accessories.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full range support to the cashier functions and operations, e.g. Global Refund, VAT procedures, Reapir handling Customer Compliance, Till procedures (cash handling, credit authorisation, acceptance of cheques, exchanges) etc.
- Maintains accurate purchasing data with internal client account.
- Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed.
- Ensure all product are wrapped and presented in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure customer loyalty by concluding the sale, capture customer data to ensure future contact and aftercare promises are kept
- Organize and restock all necessary supplies for cash wrap and gift wrap area.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
- Support the store management in the execution of the administrative and back-office store duties.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in luxury retail, with handbag or leather goods background will be advantage
- Energetic, fast-paced, self-motivated, positive and can-do attitude
- Good team player with good interpersonal skill; strong in selling and customer service
- Immediate starter will be advantageous
