  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $3,500 - $3,900 per month

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle booking and arrangement for travel enquires and request from Japan JTB sales office and other channels which comes through phone calls & emails

  • Provide recommendation of hotels, restaurants and transportation base oncustomers’ requests & interests

  • Translating documents (from Japanese itinerary into English itinerary & prepare the handout accordingly)

  • Provide information on travel visa & requirements

  • Handle travel operations including reservations, standby at the hotel and/or assigned venue to ensure smooth tour arrangement

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field is advantage

  • Work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry is advantage

  • Fluent in speaking and writing of both English & Japanese language is essential to liaise closely with Japan land operators, local Japan sales office & tour arrangement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work under tight schedules with positive working attitude
