Our client, a leading Asia financial consultancy portal, is seeking a Head of People to join their growing team.
Reporting to the group chief operating officer, the role revolves around the utilization of a wide array of tools, various processes and policies to drive a motivated workforce fulfilling the film's business strategy.The Head of people will oversee the full spectrum of employee lifecycle. This encompasses recruitment, successful onboarding to talent development, retention and offboarding.
Primary responsibilities involve talent acquisition, and management, employee engagement and performance management. The coverage of this role extends to Hong Kong and Malaysia, requiring the incumbent to be familiar with local labour policies and laws.
Successful candidates can expect a structured work environment with work life balance and a hybrid working arrangement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporeans/PR candidates only.
- Minimum degree holders.
- Experience in the same/similar industry.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and risk management in countries such as Hong Kong.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a relevant role.
- Strong proficiency in talent acquisition, talent retention and planning.
