
Regional Director Implementation Services ASIA/MEA
Jedox is hiring a Regional Director of Implementation Services (Asia/MEA) based in Singapore to lead and deliver transformation projects across Asia and the Middle East, ensuring high-quality execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for an experienced leader who is creative, hungry, and motivated, bringing a positive attitude, a passion for growing high-performing teams, and strong consulting expertise in financial planning, EPM/BI solutions, and business transformation. Team leadership and nurturing talent are core to this role as you shape the future of our regional services organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring the portfolio of transformation projects are delivered timely, within scope and within agreed budget envelopes
- Identifying and driving continuous process improvements and business re-engineering opportunities to ensure the projects team is operating at best practice
- Leadership and development of the consulting team
- Translate customer requirements into Jedox platform
- Implementation of project management activities as required
- Understand and apply relevant business processes: Develop good understanding of each client´s business needs, communicate with client
- Act as backup support, when required, for other implementation related activity and projects as needed.
- Accountable and responsible for overall delivery of agreed services and products for clients
- Uphold values of Relationships, Quality, and Integrity by ensuring values incorporated into daily work practices of self and others and following required processes, policies and procedures
- Support of all stakeholders within the process of Jedox implementation
- Work with our Pre-Sales and Customer Success team to validate customer’s requirements
- Designing models; delegating and oversight of design and architecture with team across all projects. QA of existing models to ensure longevity
- Ensure our delivery partners have the right skills and competencies to perform their duties, as well as work with them when additional resources
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in deep consulting and leadership experience, including a proven ability to define and shape solutions for customers
- Proven track record in consulting services in business, IT, digital and cloud
- Strong experience developing solutions on proposals and responses for new business, as well as complex multi-year / high value & cost transformation programmes
- Experience in managing multiple consulting engagements across different customers
- Facilitating strategic and operational leadership through application of extensive business, customer, and digital experience
- Proven record of successful people management and inspirational leadership, including managing large scale change and business transformation
- Developing thought leadership and supporting business change, acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Broad understanding of technology, including current and emerging digital solutions
- Extensive experience, ideally in the fields of Finance & Controlling
- Experience in project management, ideally in the field of BI/EPM
- Solid financial and management expertise
- Sound competence in MS Excel and experience with multidimensional databases (e.g. Jedox, OLAP, TM/1, Infor, Essbase)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (30%)
- Project Management and/or Agile Methodologies certifications is nice to have
