The E&M/ SWCs Coordinator is report to M&E Manager, and shall be responsible for details coordination with the System-Wide Contractors(SWCs), Authority's Consultant, provisional sum contractors and appointed Consulting Engineer such that design and works information exchange are timely as in accordance to the contract keys dates.

  • To arrange regular meetings with SWCa for coordination of information exchange and subsequent interfacing works on site.
  • To arrange regular design meeting with the Authority's Consultant for facilitating the finalization of Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and SEM drawings.
  • During construction stage of the Project, to liaise and coordinate with SWCs of the interfacing works and carry out site inspection with SWCa on the reuired provisionc of C&S and cast-in items.
  • To liaise and resolve with SWCs on interfacing services clashes on site in a fair and professional manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in a managerial role are preferred. Experience with Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is an advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; able to read and understand 3D modeling software such as CAD, Revit/Navisworks.
