We’re looking for a reliable and organised Sales Support Executive to assist in managing day-to-day sales activities and customer follow-ups. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication with clients, timely order processing, and helping the sales team stay focused on closing deals. If you’re someone who enjoys staying on top of details, keeping others accountable, and making sure no ball gets dropped—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers, distributors, and partners on orders, payments, or documentation

• Track and manage sales leads, samples, and quotations

• Prepare and maintain sales documents, product lists, and pricing sheets

• Coordinate logistics and timelines with operations or delivery teams

• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups from clients

• Update and maintain CRM, sales trackers, and performance reports
