Product Manager – APAC Growth & Operations
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of user-facing product experiences across the APAC region. You will play a pivotal role in driving platform adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth through a product-led lens. This is a high-impact role that requires strong cross-functional leadership, user empathy, and a deep understanding of both product development and regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive the APAC product roadmap aligned with business goals, regional market needs, and platform scalability.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization across the user lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding to retention and reactivation.
- Lead regional product discovery efforts, including user research, competitor analysis, and data insights.
Platform Experience & Feature Development
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build and iterate on core platform experiences such as user onboarding, trading flows, deposit/withdrawal processes, and in-app incentives.
- Ensure feature releases are user-centric, high-quality, and tailored to local market behaviors and regulatory conditions.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs, balancing short-term delivery with long-term innovation.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use analytics to monitor product performance, identify friction points, and make informed decisions.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for key features, campaigns, and user journeys.
- Leverage BI tools to run A/B tests, user cohort analyses, and funnel performance diagnostics.
Market Localization & Growth
- Partner with User Growth, Marketing, and Country Teams to localize product offerings for different APAC markets.
- Support region-specific initiatives such as trading competitions, educational campaigns, and influencer programs through product features and tools.
- Co-develop channel tools and dashboards to support agent networks and KOL ecosystems.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Serve as the product point of contact for regional stakeholders and represent local needs in global planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 6–9 years of experience in product management, growth product roles, or product operations — ideally in fintech, crypto, trading, or marketplace platforms.
- Strong experience managing regional products or working in high-growth APAC environments.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), and A/B testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence without authority.
- Passion for solving complex user problems with simple, scalable product solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Mandarin Chinese to work closely with stakeholders from Mainland China and Taiwan.
