Job Description

An MNC in Property and Real Estate industry is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their established finance team in Singapore to handle Korean Market and covering increasing work volume.

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for AP and AR invoice batching, assist with insurance claim process, assist with Korea VAT processes and filing, bank reconciliation, vendor creation, supporting annual audit, and supporting monthly accounting process

The incumbent will need to liaise with Korean branch in Korean language.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA/CPA, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Yardi, Oracle, or SAP is good to have
  • Experience or knowledge in US GAAP is good to have
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing Korean language due to the need for incumbent to liaise with Korean branch
