2. Job Description

  • Admin Officer (business/ accounting background not required)

  • Coordinate accounts data to & fro, basic office administrative tasks

  • Data entry, scan documents of business records, accounts data

  • Handle client enquiries over email/ phone/ our business whatsapp

  • Track client service subscription expiry and send email reminders

  • Schedule clients meeting us for their AGM/ EGM/ business plans

  • Support branch office mail services ad-hoc (simple collection point)

  • Office errands and proper usual office admin work

3. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year working experience

  • Knows how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Google

  • Perform general office administrative duties as and when assigned

  • Handle careful detailed work in processing business, accounts documents

  • Mature, responsible, adaptable, logical, analytical thinking skills

  • Willing to learn on the job, training is provided from start to upgrading chances

+ Work happy, nice colleagues, no OT, knock off on time weekdays 6pm!

4. Other info

Cosy office environment near Tanjong Pagar MRT with nice colleagues, working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm

5 day week, no Saturdays
