Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT Administrators and contractors to provide high-quality IT solutions and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving PCs, laptops, servers, security, and networks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and ensure exceptional service for a diverse user basefrom operators to executives.
  • Participate in regional IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud server implementations, and more.
  • Innovate and enhance local IT systems and processes while ensuring adherence to IT policies.
  • Represent IT in meetings, manage end-to-end project execution, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Be flexible to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in well-established organizations supporting over 200 users is essential.
  • Degree in IT or related field with Cisco Associate certification (CCNA) preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of level 2 technical IT support experience in MNCs or large SMEs.
  • Proven strong experience in network and server
  • Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud, Windows Server (2016/2022), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.
