  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Reliability & Asset Management Improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Energy Optimization Develop and implement energy conservation measures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Sustainability Leadership Drive green initiatives to reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, and enhance environmental performance.
  • Technology & Innovation Leverage AI, Digital Twin, and Smart Automation to optimize plant efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate sustainability and reliability into core operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering, energy management, or sustainability within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in FMEA, RCA, energy audits, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Knowledge of energy monitoring systems and sustainability reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Certifications such as CMRP, CRE, or SCEM will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
