Position OverviewThe Business Process Transformation Senior Manager is responsible for leading and driving end-to-end process transformation initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and customer experience within MOHH. This role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to optimize operations.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead Business Process Engineering & Improvement
  • Understand the key processes through close engagement with various departments/divisions towards a new way of working for greater operational efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Design and standardize workflows and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness;
  • Follow through with the implementation of enhancements to existing processes, or the development of new ones. This would include translating existing / new user needs into business requirements for operationalisation of new processes in an Enterprise System. In addition, this would also include implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of new ways of working;
  • Analyze and design end-to-end Service Journeys to ensure seamless customer (internal/external) experience
Lead Transformation Execution
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing medium-large-scale transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
  • Drive automation and digitalisation efforts, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, RPA and data analytics
  • Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation during transformation efforts
Manage Change & Stakeholders
  • Support and drive a culture of continuous improvement through training, workshops and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals
  • Communicate process changes effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Manage resistance to change and ensure smooth adoption of the new processes
Drive Technology & Innovation Integration
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business process and operational efficiency
  • Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing business functions
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in IT
  • Experience in process re-engineering and leading medium to large scale cross functional transformation/ projects
  • Strong understanding of RPA and fundamentals and other digitalization processes
  • Able to perform impact assessment and effort estimation for new requests.
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good stakeholder and vendor management techniques
  • Able to work under pressure and a good team player
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Certifications in PMP and Lean Six Sigma Certifications would be an advantage
