- Maintain records and provide reports on compliance status.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Building Management, or a related field.
- At least5 years experiencein compliance, risk management, or audit, preferably in property or township management.
- Strong knowledge ofcompliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirementsin Singapore.
- Familiarity with theCode of Governance for Town Councilswill be ideal.
