Job PurposeTo Operate, Maintain and Repair all power system equipment installed in SMRT Thomson-East Coast Line (STEL) in compliance with our Quality objective as stated in our Quality Procedures (QP) / Work Instructions (WI) / Task lists.Responsibilities

To lead a team of technical officers to carry out and/or supervise for preventive and corrective maintenance works on SMRT power system in compliance with relevant procedures and safety requirement.
To plan and execute maintenance schedule and staff duty rosters in consultation with EMM in most effective and efficient manner.
To provide technical advice, information and instructions to other staff and ensure all drawings, diagrams, manuals and records are kept current and update.
To assist EMM in conducting engineering and safety analysis, investigations, and test.
Carry out and/or assist EMM supervision of corrective maintenance, upgrading, modification work and major repair work as assigned by EMM/SM. Prepare and submit reports on completion of work.
To obtain COA and performing operation of electrical equipment.
To comply and exercise safety at all times in accordance to Safety Procedures.
To attend Permit-to-work for all internal and external work parties.
To perform rotating shift duties.
To perform driving duty.
To conduct home-based safety talk and compile monthly O/T report.
To ensure compliance with our Quality objective as stated in our QP/WIs/Tasklists in daily activities.
To undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work.

Qualifications & Work ExperienceDiploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical equipment.SkillsAble to lead by example.Able to communicate effectively and work in and as a team.About SMRT CorporationSMRT Corporation Ltd (SMRT) is a public transport services provider.
