You'd be joining a group of experienced Product Managers who have a track record of successfully building large-scale business and products that are collectively impacting millions of users around the world.You will be joining Stripe's Global Expansion & Growth team to help merchants on Stripe who have global ambitions effectively start, run and scale their business with Stripe's full suite of products including Payments, Money Movement, Payouts, Tax and others. Our team is responsible for improving and accelerating the full journey of our Global Expanders.In this role, you will develop and execute Stripe's global expansion strategy, building products that enable merchants to seamlessly sell to customers across multiple countries. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive cross-border roadmap, including a centralized command center that empowers merchants to effectively manage their global business operations from a single interface. You will define the product vision, strategy, and execution plan for Stripe's international expansion capabilities, working to remove friction points in cross-border commerce and increase global revenue opportunities for our merchants. You will collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, finance, and go-to-market teams to build solutions that address the complex challenges of global commerce, including payments localization, regulatory compliance, tax management, and currency conversion.What you'll doResponsibilities
  • You will build a deep understanding of our customers who are expanding globally, synthesizing data and research and experiments to outline different awareness gaps and frictions customers face.
  • You will think holistically across the end to end requirements of a customer that sells products and services in multiple countries and how Stripe can help them access multiple countries and grow their global business.
  • You will work with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales and cross-functional product teams to build and execute on a roadmap to enable Stripe's users to seamlessly sell to global customers.

  • 12+ years of experience as a product manager launching global solutions in fintech or B2B SaaS environments
  • Track record of successfully expanding products into new international markets, particularly in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to develop comprehensive global expansion roadmaps
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and go-to-market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex international market requirements
  • Takes an ownership mindset and drives solutions to complex global expansion challenges
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify strategic opportunities in international markets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with global payment systems, cross-border commerce platforms, or international financial services
  • Track record of driving international revenue growth through product-led initiatives
Hybrid work at StripeOffice-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.Pay and benefitsThe annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$216,000 - S$324,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant's location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
