Main Duties and Responsibilities

They are currently on an active lookout for a suitable candidate as aWarehouse Manager,responsible for Warehousing, Inventory Management, Compliance & Safety, Team Management activities.

Key responsibilities of this rolewould include:

  • Oversee the set-up of warehouses, develop and implement warehouse procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order management and dispatching
  • Ensure on-time order fulfilment and accurate inventory control
  • Manage continuous process improvement projects
  • Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
  • Provide regular operational reports to senior management, including KPI tracking for efficiency, safety, and quality.

Candidate Profile:

Work Location: Singapore

  • Minimally possesses a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering related discipline
  • Approximately 5 years of track records in warehouse operations
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
