  • We are looking for talented Technicians and Senior Technicians to support our Failure Analysis (FA) laboratory. This role is integral to advancing our cutting-edge technology in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate failure analysis equipment to support daily laboratory operations.
  • Conduct electrical and physical failure analysis to identify issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate on developing and enhancing analysis techniques.
  • Handle chemical processes safely using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Take on additional tasks to support the lab's productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese to collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work mid-shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in laboratory operations or technical environments.
  • Familiarity with mobile phone hardware, computer components, and electronics.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
