Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions to complex problems in large-scale infrastructure.

Create web applications in distributed environment.

Define the priority and deadline for a specific project and follow up on the delivery results.

Work closely with Development team to continuously improve the current platform.

Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines

5-7 years of experience in the relevant field

Strong in C#, ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core, Web Services development experience, coding, system design abilities, large-scale system development.

Solid C# foundation, including Asynchronous Programming, collection usage, etc. Familiar with common design patterns.

Hands on Experience on SQL Server, Git is must.

Good to have exposure in Redis, Kafka, Microservices

Practical experience in troubleshooting and testing in large-scale distributed systems.

Familiar with modern development methods, such as Agile development, test driven development, SCRUM, in system reconfiguration and micro service governance.

Non-Technical / Soft Skills

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Strong project management skill, managing project plan (WBS), dependencies, monitor / track / manage risks / issues / change, provide management update, and stakeholder management.

Experience in the managing projects that involve coordination of multiple stakeholders.
