Job Description
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management Support
Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and follow up on recruitment progress.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Management: Handle onboarding procedures, prepare labor contracts, arrange training, and process offboarding procedures.
2. Administrative Affairs Management
Daily Office Support: Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and coordinate the office environment.
Meeting and Event Organization: Arrange meetings, prepare materials, record meeting minutes, and assist with company events.
3. Communication and Coordination
Internal Communication: Communicate company policies, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth information flow.
External Liaison: Communicate with external institutions and handle visitor reception and other affairs.
II. Qualifications
1. Experience Requirements: At least two years of relevant work experience.
2. Language Requirements: Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay.
3. Skill Requirements: Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Personal Qualities: Diligent and responsible, with strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
