HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits)
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Execute the annual Bonus & Increment exercise
- Administer annual income declarations to IRAS and manage ad-hoc tax clearance for foreign employees
- Administer employees’ national service pay
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare programmes
- Assist with MOM-related matters, including but not limited to MOM surveys, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Assist in the preparation and review of periodic and ad-hoc HR reports
- Prepare and review individual tax calculations for international assignees, including tax cost projections, tax equalisation and hypothetical tax calculations
- Contribute to various ad-hoc HR projects as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in handling Compensation & Benefits
- Strong understanding of the Employment Act, CPF regulations and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Comfortable using HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency
- Meticulous, well-organised and numerically inclined
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
