Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of enterprise and customer solutions Singtel is seeking a dynamic CIS Trade Marketing Manager to drive innovative initiatives that enhance our mobile connections and strengthen relationships with our valued CIS (Corporate Individual Scheme) partners.

Make an Impact by

  • Drive and devise key initiatives to increase mobile connections to meet total Singtel CIS target.
  • Be the SPOC for CIS companies and Singtel Enterprise on CIS accounts management.
  • Organize and conduct frequent roadshows.
  • Collaborate with CIS company SPOC and sales team to ensure roadshows effectively promote Singtel's offerings.
  • Ensure regular communication via internal emails and company portals to keep CIS account holders informed about promotions, updates and new services.
  • Develop and launch thematic campaigns aligned with key calendar events (e.g., National Day, 9.9 Sale, SAF Days) to capitalize
  • Collaborate to create compelling campaign content and promotions
  • Implement communications strategies using both digital and offline platforms to raise awareness of CIS's benefits and offerings. Track and optimize online performance to ensure campaigns are effective in driving engagement and awareness.
  • Work with agencies to develop brand strategies and materials for offline and online materials.

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business,Finance, or related
  • Min 3-5 years ofrelevant experience in digital marketing, customer management, marcomms or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of managing subscription-based services
  • Experienced in B2B comms and creating digital ads and EDMs
  • Strong relationship management with Enterprise and CIS account company SPOC.
  • Excellent Stakeholder/customer management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fluid, demanding, and rapidly growing environment
