  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled HSE Officer to join our healthcare project. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing health, safety, and environmental practices to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with Project Manager and HSE Manager on safety, health, environmental and security matters at workplaces.
  • Environmental health and safety trainings and enforcement on compliance for all site personnel.
  • Implement Safety Management System and ensure highest level of compliance.
  • Conduct daily Workplace Safety and Health inspection and recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain site safety and health records.
  • Conduct safety and health talks, in-house training and toolbox meetings.
  • Investigate all accidents and implement corrective measures.
  • Independent in leading the team in relevant client or mandatory audits.
  • Other duties assigned by PM and/or HSE Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Singaporean/SPR.
  • Possess Degree/Diploma in relevant disciplines.
  • Registered ECO & ECMO will be advantageous.
  • Registered WSHO with MOM for at least 5 years.
  • Lead a team of site safety and environmental personnel.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
  • Familiar with safety procedures at construction site environment.
  • Familiar with ConSASS, ISO 14001;2015, ISO 45001:2018 and GGBS Audit requirements.
  • Good knowledge in HSE legislation and regulations.
  • Highly motivated and good team player.
