We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Manager/Senior Architectural Coordinator to lead our healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural coordination and project management, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Lead of Architectural trade.
  • Manage and supervise day-to-day running of project site.
  • Coordinate, prepare and update architectural and structural 3D BIM.
  • Implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programs.
  • Attend site inspection conducted by client's representatives/consultants.
  • Conduct study of construction design to resolve technical issues in advance.
  • Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors.
  • Conducting inspections/site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors.
  • Ensure all materials used are approved, raise material requisition.
  • Coordinate handing over of completed works.
  • Assign works to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements.
  • Other duties assigned by the PD, PM.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree in Architectural.
  • Polytechnic graduate or with relevant trade certificate (Architectural).
  • 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • BIM experience will be an added advantage.
